Hey Everyone, I am Dela.
My Fitness journey started some 5 years ago. Initially my aim was to add some flesh to my rather skinny frame. It took barely two months for me to find excuses to not workout anymore. For the next 3 years it was the same story of starting and stopping. Around September 2015, I decided to finally start again and this time around, stick to it. I came to realize that fitness wasn’t an activity, but a lifestyle. I began to learn a lot about healthy nutrition, the role diet plays in fitness and overall health. I also realized that a lot of people were struggling with losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle.
So nearly two years down the road, I decided to create this website to help folks like yourself achieve their fitness goals, lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. I plan to do this by sharing some of my experiences in my fitness journey, and what I have discovered and learned over the years. If anything I post here captures your interest or you have anything to contribute, please feel free to speak up. I love feedback.
